While Evelyn may seem unassuming, Oliver soon learns that she is the last person you want to underestimate. The pair is joined by Evelyn’s long time friend, Lord Caspian. With swoon-worthy good looks and a side of snarky humor, Caspian’s dark air of mystery hides his flaws, secrets and struggles. While the friendship between them grows, so does the danger around them.  

When long-held secrets are revealed, the trio discovers that they will have to move fast if they want to win the war. Through their quest for justice, Oliver finds the bravery of the king he was raised to be. The winding paths of loss, secrecy, adventure, and love’s wandering gaze will lead them to their final fight, where they will face enemies closer to them than they’d ever imagined in a battle that will determine the future of the kingdoms they call home.

Lies of Lochwood explores themes of courage, friendship, family dynamics, self-discovery, and strength from their relationships with others. These characters overcome their obstacles with the help of those they’ve met along their journey, and learn to stand up for themselves and for those they care about.
